#Participants joining on their own or rented motorcycle will be entitled for this package.
#Participants in  this category can be either ‘Rider‘ or ‘Pillion‘.
#Any motorcycle  of or above 150 cc is eligible to take part in this trip.

Package Inclusions

Accommodation (Hotel/tent/Homestay/Guest House)
Accommodation will be provided on twin (except for emergencies) sharing basis for all riding days in A class hotels/luxury tents/home stays/Guest Houses.
In case any participant want single occupancy then an extra charge of  INR 10,000 will have to paid.

Food
Morning Tea, Breakfast, Dinner, Energy drinks (Tang/Glucon D) & chocolates will be provided on all riding days. All meals will be vegetarian/eggeterian.

Back up Vehicle with loading capacity
A back up vehicle (four wheeler with loading capacity) will be provided which will carry limited luggage of Motorcycle Riders & camping equipments. It will also be available to carry motorcycle of Riders in case of major breakdown of motorcycle or rider falling sick, in such case rider can also travel in backup vehicle.

Full Time Motorcycle Mechanic 
A specialized motorcycle mechanic experienced in handling big groups and expert in different type of touring motorcycles (Royal Enfield, KTM, Hero, Yamaha, Bajaj) will be accompanying the group for complete tour. He will be doing regular check up of motorcycles and will be taking care of punctures & other small repairs.

Complete ​Fuel​ & Oil 
Petrol (Normal) and oil (10w50, 15w50) will be provided for complete trip for all riders (participants on motorcycles). Amount of fuel will be allocated as per  mileage not below 25 kms/ltr as measured with ODO readings.

Group Guide & Manager
There will be two vastly experienced riders accompanying the group on motorcycles.
Limca Book of World Record holder in crossing highest passes in the world in 24 hours Mr. Deepak Gaba would be leading the pack and will be guiding the participants throughout the trip.

 Official Trip Movie
There will be an official & professional photographer travelling in backup vehicle  clicking & filming all the participants throughout the trip.
All th clips and pictures will be edited and summarized in the form of a movie and will be couriered to all the participants in a DVD

​Certificate of completion
We will be providing a certificate of completing this hard terrain to all the participants completing this ride.

First Aid & Oxygen Cylinder​
We will be providing first aid medicines, bandages and tapes for participants in case of any mishappening. We will also be carrying an Oxygen cylinder for emergency situations as this ride covers various high altitude & low oxygen regions

Permissions & Permits
We will be arranging all kind of Inner line permits & permissions wherever required for tourists (Indian & foreigners) in Ladakh region

 Registration Process

To confirm registration, buy tickets available at top and bottom of Main Event Page for the appropriate category and quantity.
You can pay via secured payment gateway by your credit card/debit card/net banking or you can choose a Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to our accounts.
Once payment is done, participant will receive the online receipt on email provided by them along with tickets and a registration form.
Fill that registration form and send us via email.

We will be sending various checklists and day by day plan after registration process is done.
Last date of registration is 30-06-2015

For rest of the amount (Package Cost Minus Registration fees paid via ticket) will have to paid maximum by 20-05-2015.
Separate tickets will be available from 20-06-2015 on the main event page for the residue amount. 

In case we do not receive the full amount by above said date then registration of participant will be cancelled with no refunds of registration fees.

If paying for registration via Cheque or DD then they will have to be in the name ‘Himalayan Monk Riders Associates Pvt Ltd’ and will need to be send to our divisional office at  ‘007,New Sarika Nagar, Thatipur, Gwalior, M.P., India’

Registration will be confirmed only after payment is realized.

Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation initiated from HMRA

HMRA might initiate the cancellation in following two cases

1) HMRA cancels the trip (before start) due to emergencies like weather or war or if number of participants remain lesser than our minimum number.
In such case all participants will be entitled to full refund of what they paid till the time of cancellation.
2) HMRA cancels the participation of any participant during the course of trip on violation of rules like driving/riding under substance abuse condition or misbehavior or extreme illness.
In such cases there will be no refunds.

 

Cancellation initiated from participants

In case of cancellation initiated before 15 July 2015
INR 1000 will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 1000

In case of cancellation between 15 July to 25 July 2015
INR 2000 will be deducted and rest of the amount  will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 2000

In case of cancellation after 25th July 2015
No Refunds

 

Disclaimer & Conditions

  • All the participants will have to obey the rules & guidelines provided by HMRA Officials during the trip, violation of which can lead to immediate termination of participation after 1 warning.
  • HMRA reserves all the rights to make any kind of change in the route and plan of the trip at any moment before or during the trip keeping tough  & hostile weather conditions of Lahaul and Ladakh regions in consideration.
  • Buffer day will be the reserve day so that we can stick to our plan in case of any mishappening or delay during the ride. Use of buffer day will be on sole discretion of HMRA and its officials.
  • There will be no legal responsibility of HMRA in case of any personal injury or damage to personal belongings due to any happening  with the participants
  • Consumption of any kind of drugs or alcohol substances will be strictly prohibited for all the participants while travelling/riding/driving. Consumption of the same , after one warning from Group Leader/Manager, might lead to  termination of participation with immediate effect without any refunds.
  • Any service or facility or product , not mentioned in Inclusions, if provided, will be chargeable.
  • Participants should attain 18 years of age before commencement of this trip.
  • All participants should carry Photo ID documents as prescribed in below table

Indian Travelers Any one ID card from Driving Licence/ Passport/Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Voter ID (Mandatory)
Foreign Riders/Drivers
  1. Valid IDP (INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT) from their home country  or Valid Permanent Indian Driving Licence (Mandatory)
