If you are not an Indian citizen then you can participate in this road trip either on a 500 cc Royal Enfield motorcycle or in a self drive SUV.
Details of both packages are given below one by one.
Motorcycle Package
#Participants in this category can be ‘Rider or Pillion‘
#Any person with age between 18 and 65 is eligible for this package.

Package Inclusions
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided on single occupancy basis for all trip days in best available hotels/jungle resorts.Double occupancy will also be available upon demand e.g. for couples.
Food
Morning Tea, Breakfast, Energy drink, chocolates and dinner will be provided on all trip days.
Full Time Mechanic
A specialized motorcycle mechanic experienced in handling big groups and expert in different type of touring motorcycles will be accompanying the group for complete tour in backup vehicle for on spot breakdown assistance. He will be doing regular check up of motorcycles and will be taking care of punctures & other small repairs without charging for labor.
A 500 cc RE Motorcycle And Complete Fuel & Oil for the Trip
A 500 cc Royal Enfield motorcycle will be provided starting from Delhi.
Royal Enfield is the oldest motorcycle brand in the world which is still in production. It produces legendary cruiser motorcycles which are one of the most successful on uncertain and rough Himalayan terrains.
Petrol (Normal) and oil (10w50, 15w50) will be provided for complete trip.
Group Guide & Manager
There will be a experienced English speaking rider accompanying the group on motorcycle to manage and lead the trip.
Stickers and Tshirt
Specialized stickers and exclusive trip Tshirt will be given to all the participants.
First Aid & Oxygen Cylinder
First aid along with basic medicines will be available throughout the trip. We will also be carrying a full size oxygen cylinder as we will be visiting few high Himalayan destinations where oxygen is quiet less.
Backup Vehicle
A backup vehicle with luggage carrying capacity will be there for complete trip. Participants can also travel in backup vehicle in case of emergencies.
Permissions, Tolls, Taxes & Permits
We will be arranging all kind of Inner line permits & permissions wherever required for tourists. We will also be arranging all required tickets and taxes in the trip.

SUV Package
#Participants who wish to join the trip in SUV will be entitled for this package.
#Any person with age between 10 and 65 is eligible for this package.

Package Inclusions

Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch Energy drink, chocolates and dinner will be provided on all trip days. We do not want to bind you in terms of choices of food for lunch.
Full Time Mechanic
A mechanic with introductory knowledge of four wheeler engines will be available with the group full time to assist in case of any breakdown.
Back Up
A Back Up vehicle with luggage carrying capacity will be there for the trip with first aid and other emergency support systems like tools and spares.
Participants can also travel in backup vehicle in case of emergencies.
A SUV with Fuel for the Trip
A 2000 cc-3000 cc diesel SUV will be provided starting from Delhi for self driven along with the fuel for the trip.
For groups a five seater SUV will be provided along with fuel and driver for the trip. There has to be at least 3 people and at max 4 people other than driver in the vehicle, in case 2 people want to opt for shared SUV then they will have to pay an extra charge of $1000.

Registration Process
To confirm registration, at least 50 percent of the package amount will have to be paid upfront.
You can pay us via paypal, you will need to have a paypal account which you can open by clicking here for free.
Once you have the paypal account you can send the payment to our email ‘JIGYASA@HMRA.IN’
You will have to bear the paypal commission fees.
Once we receive the payment we will be sending confirmation via email along with various checklists and detailed day by day plan.
Last date of registration is 10-08-2016
Rest of the amount can be paid maximum by 30-08-2016.
It can be paid via paypal or in cash.
In case we do not receive the full amount by above said date then registration of participant will be cancelled with no refunds of registration fees.
If paying for registration via Cheque then they will have to be in the name ‘Himalayan Monk Riders Associates Pvt Ltd’ and will need to be send to our divisional office at ‘HMRA, 07,New Sarika Nagar, Thatipur, Gwalior, M.P., India 474011’
Registration will be confirmed only after payment is realized.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation initiated from HMRA
HMRA might initiate the cancellation in following two cases
1) HMRA cancels the trip (before start) due to emergencies like weather or war or if number of participants remain lesser than our minimum number.
In such case all participants will be entitled to full refund of what they paid till the time of cancellation.
2) HMRA cancels the participation of any participant during the course of trip on violation of rules like driving/riding under substance abuse condition or misbehavior or extreme illness.
In such cases there will be no refunds.
Cancellation initiated from participants
In case of cancellation initiated before 15 August 2016
$200 will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 200
In case of cancellation after 15 August 2016
No Refunds
Disclaimer & Conditions
- All the participants will have to obey the rules & guidelines provided by HMRA Officials during the trip, violation of which can lead to immediate termination of participation after 1 warning.
- HMRA reserves all the rights to make any kind of change in the route and plan of the trip at any moment before or during the trip.
- There will be no legal responsibility of HMRA in case of any personal injury or damage to personal belongings due to any happening with the participants
- Consumption of any kind of drugs or alcohol substances will be strictly prohibited for all the participants while travelling/riding/driving. Consumption of the same , after one warning from Group Leader/Manager, might lead to termination of participation with immediate effect without any refunds.
- Any service or facility or product , not mentioned in Inclusions, if provided, will be chargeable.
- We will not be escorting participants for city tours like in Leh or Srinagar. They will have to explore their own.
- We will not be providing porter for luggage of participants in case hotel does not provide.
- All participants should carry Photo ID documents as prescribed in below table
