I’m a travel blogger and I collaborated with HMRA for their Dhel trek
in Great Himalayan National park. It was for 7D and 6N and I loved the complete experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful . They were locals and they provided us the best food and best stay and asked to serve more. The entire trek was very smooth. The staff also helped with my luggage while climbing a and they were always available. Viju bhaiya and his team made our first trak an amazing e expirience and we would love to visit the place again. We have such nice memories

The trip was for 2 Nights & 3 Days at Shangarh from 14 to 16th of April 2019. The area, home stay and the places around Shangarh was very beautiful, peaceful and too refreshing beyond our expectation. The trip was organised & managed very well. The home stay is with all the basic needs. One should not expect the luxury of a hotel or resort at such remote place. We preferred Veg food and it was prepared using locally available resources. Any special need in food should be informed to them well in advance, so as to enable the care takers to arrange the required items accordingly.
The Shangchul Mahadev Temple meadow with snow clad mountains all around, the leisurely walk around Shangarh hill, the view from Manu Temple hill top, the serene & secluded waterfall are all permanently etched in our memories. There are so many beautiful streams and waterfalls near the homestay. The route to valley is thick with tall Deodar trees, Pine trees, Apple orchards, Rhododendrons, Ferns, forest tracks and lot many things to be explored. The road from Sainj valley to Shargarh is quite bumpy, but the scenic beauty makes up for the bumpy trip. The inhabitants of the area believe it to be a Dev Bhoomi and they maintain it like that without exploiting. We as tourist should also try to maintain it. Thanks to HMRA and their organisers for introducing such unexplored beautiful places.

It was an awesome experience with HMRA, starting from the booking process till the completion of the trek. It was a very well organised trek, and the folks did everything they could to make our trek comfortable and memorable. Be it the food they provided, or be it the support. I would strongly recommend HMRA to anyone who wants to explore trekking/hiking.
