When to book:
It is mandatory to make your booking at least three days in advance.

In the event of cancellation of due to any reason we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: –

 Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start date of the stay
Choose to go for the same duration on later dates till one year or get 90% refund of amount paid

 Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start date of the stay
Choose to go for the same duration on later dates till one year or get 80% refund of amount paid

 Cancellation between 15 days and 07 days to the start date of the stay
Choose to go for the same duration on later dates till one year or get 70% refund of amount paid

 Cancellation less than 07 days to the start of the trek
Transfer your booking to your friend or No cash refund.

2. Contactless Check-In.

3. Regular sanitization of the property covering all the touch-points and common areas.

4. Your room would be sanitized twice a week.

5. Carry a valid Govt Id along with your address proof( Passport, Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID or any other valid ID).

6. Download Aarogya Setu application on your mobile device.

7. Carry hand sanitizer, N-95 mask and hand gloves.
