Inclusions​

Accommodation (Hotel/tent/Guest House)
Accommodation will be provided on twin sharing basis for all riding days in best available hotels/luxury tents/guest house/adventure tents

Food
All meals (three meals a day) plus morning-evening tea/coffee.
Energy drinks & chocolates will be provided as per needs while riding.
All meals will be buffet (vegetarian/eggeterian).

Back up Vehicle (specific to riders & pillions)
A back up vehicle (four or six wheeler with loading capacity) will be provided for all riding days which will carry limited luggage of Motorcycle Riders & camping equipment. It will also be available to carry motorcycle of Riders in case of major breakdown of motorcycle or rider falling sick, in such case rider can also travel in backup vehicle.

Full Time Mechanic (specific to riders & pillions)
A specialized motorcycle mechanic experienced in handling big groups and expert in different type of touring motorcycles (Royal Enfield, KTM, Hero, Yamaha, Bajaj) will be accompanying the group for complete tour. He will be doing regular check up of motorcycles and will be taking care of punctures & other small repairs.
He will also serve as spare rider in case some rider want to take a break by sitting in backup vehicle.

Camping Equipment
We will be carrying all kind of camping equipment like High quality sub zero temperature tents, mats , cooking equipment and sleeping bags (for each individual) so that if any emergency happens we will be fairly equipped to provide shelter & food to the group.
Sleeping bags will be dry-cleaned & hygienic; they will be allocated on day one to all participants with their name chit.

​Fuel​ & Oil
Petrol/Diesel (normal) and oil (10w50, 15w50) will be provided for complete trip for all riders and four wheelers. Amount of fuel will be allocated as per below mileage standards with ODO readings.

Motorcycle	Equal to or above 20 KMS/LTR
Four Wheeler	Equal to or above 12 KMS/LTR

Group Guide & Manager
There will be two vastly experienced riders accompanying the group on motorcycles.
Limca Book of World Record holder in crossing highest passes in the world in 24 hours Mr. Deepak Gaba would be leading the pack and will be guiding the participants throughout the trip.

 Official Photographer/Videographer
There will be an official & professional photographer travelling in backup vehicle  clicking & filming all the participants throughout the trip.
Softcopy of exclusive raw pictures & videos of participants will be provided to them after ride completion.

​Certificate of completion
We will be providing a certificate of completing this hard terrain to all the participants completing this ride.

An on board doctor with first aid kit & oxygen cylinder​
A MBBS doctor will be travelling with us to handle any emergency situation.He will be providing first aid medicines, bandages and tapes for participants in case of any mis-happening. We will also be carrying an Oxygen cylinder for emergency situations as this ride covers various high altitude & low oxygen regions

Tolls, Permissions & Permits
We will be arranging all kind of Inner line permits & permissions wherever required for tourists (Indian & foreigners) in Ladakh region. We will also be taking care of all tolls and entry taxes during the tour.
