If trip is canceled from our side due to natural calamity or disaster anytime then you get full refund/shift
If trip is canceled from your side before one month from trip start date then you get 90% refund of what you paid
If trip is canceled from your side between one month to 15 days from trip start date then you get 80% refund of what you paid
If trip is canceled from your side between 15 days to 7 days from trip start date then you get 70% refund of what you paid
If trip is canceled from your side within a week from trip start date then you get no refund of what you paid
