While many of you already be practicing different kind of diets, exercises or even yoga on a routine basis still it can be totally different to learn or practice it in the open virgin wilds of remote Himalayas rather than closed rooms of cities!

In this 3 night 4 day outdoor yoga retreat we bring to you the very basics of Yoga in the midst of wilderness of Barot in Mandi, where your mind and body will receive it the best and results will be surprising. Trust us!

Barot at around 6000 ft ASL, a part of the Uhl river valley, is a small village situated in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Considered to be a diamond among the rough terrains, Barot Valley was initially developed for a hydel project over the Uhl river that has now become a rising tourist spot for travelers who have a longing for mountains.

Day By Day Plan

Day 1  | Introduction to Barot & Spirituality

 Arrive in Barot
 Check in to twin sharing luxury swiss camp
 Meet our yoga expert for an introductory yoga session after lunch
 Tea/Coffee, Snacks
 Dinner followed by debrief 
 Overnight stay in rooms

DAY 1

Day 2 | UNWIND & MEDITATE 

 Wake up – Morning Meditation
 Tea
 Breakfast at home stay followed by Asana session
 Group discussion followed by local lunch
 Tea/Coffee, Snacks
 Dinner followed by meditation
 Overnight Stay in camp

DAY 2

 Day 3| SILENT JUNGLE WALK & CAMPING UNDER THE STARS

 Morning Meditation
 Tea followed by Asana Class
 Breakfast
 Today we walk to a beautiful secluded location in the wild near a waterfall
 Have lunch witnessing some unbelievable vistas of Barot Valley
 Meditation session nearby to a small glacial water stream
 Tea/Coffee, Bonfire, Snacks while litsening to the stories of ancient yogis & yogic life under the stars followed by dinner
 Overnight Stay in the camp under the million stars

DAY 3

 Day 4| FINAL WISDOM & RETURN

 Morning meditation and Asana class 
 Breakfast with amazing views of Barot valley
 Optional one to one session followed by lunch
 Our services end here, start your return journey
