This word itself has something magical about it, something which generate an strong urge to visit the place and when you do it you just find yourself bound to go there again and again and again and so on.
And there can be no better way to do it than a road-trip and Ladakh makes sure that this road trip becomes the most memorable, scenic and adventurous road trip you are ever going to have!

And if it is Srinagar – Leh – Manali Road Trip then it is going to be one hell of an adventure!

For those who have not heard this name ‘Ladakh‘ before, it is a high Himalayan region in Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir with average height of 4000 meters ASL. It is a cold desert in most of the part with such amazing vistas that people started calling it a third world.

Ladakh word actually means ‘land of high passes’, there is a saying among Ladakhi locals that “land is so barren and passes are so high that only best of friends and fiercest of enemies want to visit us”
And this aspect of Ladakh make this land such a perfect destination for adventure lovers from all over the planet Earth.

Eventually, as claimed by BRO (Border Roads Organisation) India, first , second and third highest motorable passes  of the world lie in Ladakh named as Khardung La, Tanglang La and Chang La respectively, here ‘La’ denotes a mountain pass.

In this lifetime adventure road trip, we will be reaching Srinagar first then moving towards Leh covering Gulmarg followed by some stays in Ladakh inner circuit including Siachen region, Noobra, Pangong and will then move towards Manali via beautiful Leh Manali highway.
Participation is open for motorcycle/SUV/Jeep.

Participation open for participant in own SUV/Jeep or any four wheeler with 4X4 drive and Ground Clearance>= 200 mm.
There is no restriction on number of people in your own vehicle but recommended number is 4 or lesser for comfortable trip.

MOTORCYCLE

OWN MOTORCYCLE

Participation open for participant on own Motorcycle >= 150 cc.
Participant can be individual rider or with a group of riders/pillion.

HMRA MOTORCYCLE

Participation open for participant wish to ride on HMRA motorcycle.
Participant can be individual rider or with a group of riders/pillion.

These cost includes a 500 cc Royal Enfield Standard motorcycle for the trip. Rest of the package inclusions are mentioned later on this page.

INCLUSIONS

Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided on twin  sharing basis for all trip days in best available hotels/resorts/homestays.
In case any participant want single occupancy then an extra charge of  INR 10,000 will have to paid.

Food
Morning Tea, Breakfast, Dinner, Energy drinks (Tang/Glucon D)  will be provided on all trip days.
All meals will be vegetarian/eggeterian.

Full Time Mechanic 
A specialized motorcycle mechanic experienced in handling big groups and expert in different type of touring motorcycles (Royal Enfield, KTM, Hero, Yamaha, Bajaj) will be accompanying the group for complete tour. He will be doing regular check up of motorcycles and will be taking care of punctures & other small repairs without charging for labor.
Mechanic will also be having preliminary knowledge of four wheelers and will be able to provide assistance in case of breakdown.

Group Guide & Manager
There will be a experienced english/hindi speaking rider accompanying the group on motorcycle to manage and lead the trip.

Stickers and Tshirt
Specialized stickers and exclusive trip Tshirt will be given to all the participants.

First Aid & Oxygen Cylinder
First aid along with basic medicines will be available throughout the trip. We will also be carrying a full size oxygen cylinder keeping altitude sickness in mind.

Backup Vehicle 
A backup vehicle with luggage carrying capacity will be there for complete trip. Participants can also travel in backup vehicle in case of emergencies.

Permissions & Permits
We will be arranging all kind of Inner line permits & permissions wherever required for tourists.

REGISTRATION

To confirm registration, buy tickets available at top and bottom of this page for the appropriate participation mode and quantity.These ticket are worth the full package amount with nothing left to be paid.
If you wish to just pay the registration amount now then buy Individual Registration ticket worth INR 5000/- and pay rest of the amount by below mentioned date, please mention your participation mode in that case.
You can pay via secured payment gateway on the payment page (via PayU) by your credit card/debit card/net banking after adding the ticket to the cart and clicking checkout or you can choose a Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to our accounts.
Once payment is done, participant will receive the online receipt on email provided by them along with tickets and a registration form.
Fill that registration form and send us via email.

We will be sending various checklists to prepare for the trip and detailed day by day plan after registration process is done.
Last date of registration is 15-06-2017

For rest of the amount (Package Cost Minus Registration fees paid via ticket) will have to paid maximum by 15-06-2017.

In case we do not receive the full amount by above said date then registration of participant will be cancelled with no refunds of registration fees.

If paying for registration via Cheque or DD then they will have to be in the name ‘Himalayan Monk Riders Associates Pvt Ltd’ and will need to be send to our divisional office at  ‘007,New Sarika Nagar, Thatipur, Gwalior, M.P., India’

Registration will be confirmed only after payment is realized.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Cancellation initiated from HMRA

HMRA might initiate the cancellation in following two cases

1) HMRA cancels the trip (before start) due to emergencies like weather or war or if number of participants remain lesser than our minimum number.
In such case all participants will be entitled to full refund of what they paid till the time of cancellation.
2) HMRA cancels the participation of any participant during the course of trip on violation of rules like driving/riding under substance abuse condition or misbehavior or extreme illness.
In such cases there will be no refunds.

Cancellation initiated from participants

In case of cancellation initiated before 15 June 2017
INR 1000 will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 1000

In case of cancellation after 15 June 2017
No Refunds

Disclaimer & Conditions

• All the participants will have to obey the rules & guidelines provided by HMRA Officials during the trip, violation of which can lead to immediate termination of participation after 1 warning.
• HMRA reserves all the rights to make any kind of change in the route and plan of the trip at any moment before or during the trip.
• There will be no legal responsibility of HMRA in case of any personal injury or damage to personal belongings due to any happening  with the participants
• Consumption of any kind of drugs or alcohol substances will be strictly prohibited for all the participants while travelling/riding/driving. Consumption of the same , after one warning from Group Leader/Manager, might lead to  termination of participation with immediate effect without any refunds.
• Any service or facility or product , not mentioned in Inclusions, if provided, will be chargeable.
• All participants should carry Photo ID documents as prescribed in below table
