Shanghar is a remote & exotic Himalayan hamlet at an altitude of around 6000 feet ASL situated in Sainj valley surrounded by GHNP and is home to beautiful golf ground like natural meadow which said to be belonging to local devta (god) hidden from onslaught of regular party tourists.

Despite on being altitude Shanghar remain reachable by road all through the year making itself a perfect destination for people looking for some solace into the nature.

We have number of  home stay rooms and cottages in and around Shanghar which are luxury enough to have a full size bed, nice cots, cozy blankets, some furniture and a furnished attached loo.

Day By Day Plan

 Day 1  | Reach Shanghar at 6300 FT ASL

 Reach Shanghar by noon.
 Check in to chalet style homestay/guesthouse room/cottage. Have lunch, take some rest.
 Visit the serene Shanghar meadow,spend some time and click lot of memorable pictures.
 Guided visit to Shanghar Village and ancient wooden Shangchul Mahadev temple with local interaction.
 Witness the spectacular sunset from the meadow and move to room/cottage
 Tea/Coffee, Dinner
 Overnight stay in room in Shanghar

DAY 1

Day 2| Return Journey

 Breakfast (Veg/Egg) in the morning with amazing view of Shenshar, Banaugi and Stogni mountain ranges of Great Himalayan National Park before you leave
