Weekend Ride to Shangarh | Ride.Camp.Relax in the land of Gods

Shangarh is an amazingly beautiful sacred meadow situated at 6300 ft ASL away from reign of tourists

In this 5 day ride participants will get a chance to explore off-roading, virgin meadow of Shangarh, adjoining ancient Himalayan village with the same name, camping and a bit of Great Himalayan National Park through a one day hike including camping stay in forest.

This ride is for those who pursue fitness as one of their virtue and always eager to explore virgin remote places.

Adding the ticket to the cart will take you to PayU’s secured payment gateway through which you can pay the fees using your credit/debit card.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Accommodation (Hotel/tent)
Accommodation will be provided on twin sharing basis in hotel.
For camp, following are our tent options
– 6 Persons
– 4 Persons
– 3 Persons
– 2 Persons
Choice for tents can be placed from groups.

Food
Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be provided on day 2,3 and 4.
All meals will be vegetarian/eggeterian.
Specific menu demands will not be entertained.

Full Time Motorcycle Mechanic 
A specialized motorcycle mechanic experienced in handling big groups and expert in different type of touring motorcycles (Royal Enfield, KTM, Hero, Yamaha, Bajaj) will be accompanying the group for complete tour. He will be doing regular check up of motorcycles and will be taking care of punctures & other small repairs.

One Day Trek
A single day trek will be arranged from Shangarh in GHNP (Great Himalayan National Park).
A cook and guide will be accompanying the group.

Group Guide
There will be a Tour captain riding with the group on his motorcycle.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Cancellation initiated from HMRA

HMRA might initiate the cancellation in following two cases

1) HMRA cancels the trip (before start) due to emergencies like weather or war or if number of participants remain lesser than our minimum number.
In such case all participants will be entitled to full refund of what they paid till the time of cancellation.
2) HMRA cancels the participation of any participant during the course of trip on violation of rules like driving/riding under substance abuse condition or misbehavior or extreme illness.
In such cases there will be no refunds.

 

Cancellation initiated from participants

In case of cancellation initiated before 10 October 2015
INR 1000 will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 1000

In case of cancellation between 10 October to 20 October 2015
INR 2000 will be deducted and rest of the amount  will be refunded
Refund = Total amount paid minus 2000

In case of cancellation after 20 October 2015
No Refunds

 

DISCLAIMER & CONDITIONS

• All the participants will have to obey the rules & guidelines provided by HMRA Officials during the trip, violation of which can lead to immediate termination of participation after 1 warning.
• HMRA reserves all the rights to make any kind of change in the route and plan of the trip at any moment before or during the trip keeping  weather conditions  in consideration.
• There will be no legal responsibility of HMRA in case of any personal injury or damage to personal belongings due to any happening  with the participants
• Consumption of any kind of drugs or alcohol substances will be strictly prohibited for all the participants while travelling/riding/driving. Consumption of the same , after one warning from Group Leader/Manager, might lead to  termination of participation with immediate effect without any refunds.
• Any service or facility or product , not mentioned in Inclusions, if provided, will be chargeable.
• Participants should attain 18 years of age before commencement of this trip.
• All participants should carry Photo ID documents as prescribed in below table
