Membership Policy

We offer various membership plans, including single-user and group membership options, with validity periods of one (1) month, six (6) months, or one (1) year.

Memberships are purchased directly through our platform and become active immediately upon successful payment of the applicable membership fee and completion of the participant's guided profile as specified in Clause 7.3.

Active members enjoy an exclusive percentage discount on our tour services. The applicable discount rate is as communicated on the Website at the time of membership purchase.

The discount is automatically applied during the checkout process for eligible bookings made while the member is logged into their registered membership account.

To activate a membership, you must complete your guided profile in full, including your riding experience, emergency contact details, driving licence details, and any relevant club or association affiliations. Incomplete profiles will not receive activated membership benefits.

If you purchase a group membership, you must provide complete profile data for all additional members included in the group at the time of purchase and activation.

Group membership benefits apply only to the registered members and cannot be extended to unregistered individuals.

Membership profiles and associated discounts are strictly personal and cannot be shared with, transferred to, or used by friends or family members unless they are part of a formally registered group membership. Any attempt to share or transfer an individual membership shall entitle the Company to revoke the membership in accordance with Clause 7.6 below.
